Scratch this idea. Too much dinero in this inflationary scenario. It’s Friday at Tahoe GC and Carson City on Saturday for the 40th EG POW Open. Looks like a meager attendance predicted per the CFO SBD Mills. SBD says anyone that doesn’t show up for the 40th is banned for life. Seems a bit harsh but he has his Chateau on Mack Road so he’s set.

This will be the 40th year for the EG POW Open. There is an idea afloat that the 40th should be something very special. We should play somewhere extraordinary. Not a Steve’s Big Deal Special but some place memorable. Edgewood Golf Course https://edgewoodtahoe.com/golf/ came to mind. Pricing may be an issue. The initial blush showed about $140 for Weekend Twilight Golf however see the pricing and times from their web site. Twilight starts at 3pm so if we book a 12:30 or 1pm time it’s $230 this year. It will probably be more in 2022. Start saving those dimes and nickels now. It’s only $20 a month. People will come Ray people will definitely come. We’ll say it’s twenty dollars a month for just one year. They’ll gladly hand it over for it is the peace they lack and tranquility they seek from EG POW Open. Oh, people will come.
